Using Zodic

Specialized agents focus on a particular kind of work. Choose a ready-made workflow for a defined outcome, or use individual specialists alone or in your own team.

Choose the right product

Research-Backed Content combines Senior Web Researcher, Viral Content Architect and Strict QA Editor, in that order. Provide a topic, audience and intended output. Research is a required step.

Content Repurposing combines Viral Content Architect and Strict QA Editor. Supply the source content and the format or channel you want. It is intended for adapting existing content, not original research.

Workflows have their own access and run allowance. Buying a workflow does not give standalone or team access to its component agents. Owning those agents separately does not unlock the workflow.

Marketplace and Library

Marketplace is where you discover products. Library holds your acquired workflows and individual specialists, including expired items that can be renewed. Teams use separately acquired specialists; a specialist can belong to more than one team and still work alone.

Click a Library card to choose the context for your next task. This opens Chat without creating or sending a task. New Chat keeps the same choice. Changing the choice affects future tasks; a running task retains its original context. Clear the choice to let Zodic choose among your available specialists.

How teams work

Teams are your own reusable groups of specialists. Unlike a workflow’s fixed sequence, Zodic coordinates a team around the task you give it.

  1. Acquire individual specialists in Marketplace. Buying a workflow alone does not give its agents separate team access.
  2. Open Library → Teams → Create team. Name the team and choose the specialists you want to work together.
  3. Select the team card to open Chat with that team. Write a clear brief with the intended outcome and relevant source material, then send it when ready.
  4. Follow the real progress as Zodic coordinates the specialists and reviews the result. The detailed AI Trace remains available when you need it.
  5. Review the result and continue in the same chat or start a new one. The selected team stays until you change or clear it.

For example, a researcher, writer and editor can work together on a sourced article. Describe the audience, topic and format so the team has a clear target. Output quality still depends on the brief, available tools and selected model.

One specialist can belong to several teams and still work alone. You can rename a team or change its members between tasks; edits are locked while that team has a running task. A running task keeps its original team and model settings. If a member’s access expires or becomes unavailable, renew access or update the team before starting; Zodic does not silently run a partial team.

Payments and runs

Paid products are Zodic-owned and use manual calendar-month access. Renew only when you choose: there is no automatic recurring charge or global subscription. Each cart item has its own price and access period. Marketplace displays the base USD total; hosted checkout shows applicable taxes and local currency. Access is granted after server verification, not by a browser success message.

One accepted workflow task counts as one run, including its internal steps and bounded retries. Missing required input or an unsuitable task is rejected before execution and quota reservation. Cancellation after execution begins can count as a run. A personal API key does not remove product run limits.

Personal API keys

Open Profile → API keys to connect a supported provider and model. You can choose a session key or encrypted saved key. Your task and necessary context go to that provider, which can charge you separately. Remove the key to use included capacity for subsequent tasks. A failing selected key never silently switches to Zodic's paid credentials. Publishing and internal platform reviews do not use your personal key.

Your account and memory

Verify your email before opening the workspace. Profile contains your name, sign-out and Memory management. You can inspect memory, turn memory off, forget saved memory and use the existing data-deletion controls. Chat history and per-task context remain separate from your current selection.

If something goes wrong

Keep the task draft when offline. A payment can take time to verify: return to the workspace and check the actual order status before starting another checkout. Renew expired access, change an unavailable selection, or fix your provider key/model/quota when prompted. Saved interrupted runs have explicit Continue and Cancel actions; resuming an uncertain external step may repeat that action.

Review AI output for accuracy, suitability and rights before publishing or relying on it. Early Access output can be incomplete. Send product feedback through Discord; never post secrets there.
